Harm done by our daily cleaning products know how to fix them

Although cleaning products are supposed to be safe for our health, most of them contain some harmful ingredients. They may cause Lung damage, asthma, immune system disorders, Dermatitis, cancer.

  • Lung damage

Spray cleaners contain fine airborne particles. When the time of room cleaning, we inhale them, which may increase the risk of lung damage and heart disease.  According to research, the regular use of cleaning sprays is as harmful as smoking a pack of cigarettes every day.

  • Asthma

Chlorine in cleaners, bleaches and other disinfectants can cause asthma symptoms. You have probably noticed wheezing, tightness and other respiratory problems after the cleaning.

  • Dermatitis

Preservatives in cleaners and laundry products can damage the skin and cause dermatitis. Dish detergents contain synthetic surfactants. They remove dirt, but you cannot wash them off completely with water. So they end up inside the body and corrode the lining of the stomach.

Air fresheners can remove unpleasant odors, but they are extremely flammable and contain formaldehyde, which irritates the eyes and the respiratory tract.

It is very easy to replace these dangerous cleaners with natural ones made of vinegar and baking soda. Baking soda has antibacterial properties and works as a gentle abrasive. Vinegar is effective against foodborne bacteria strains, including e-coli.

Organic remedy

To make all purpose cleaner, mix 1 part of distilled white vinegar with 2 drops of any essential oil and 1 part of water.  Pour it in a spray bottle and use it to remove dirt.

Organic remedy for mirror cleaning

To clean glass, mix 4 cups of water with 1 cup of apple cider vinegar and 2 drops of orange essential oil. Then pour it in a spray bottle and clean your windows and mirrors with it.

Organic remedy for carpet cleaning

To get rid of spots on the carpet, mix 10 tbsp of baking soda with 5 drops of lavender or lemon essential oil. Sprinkle the mix over the carpet and leave it overnight, then in the morning just vacuum it up.

Organic remedy for bathroom cleaning

To clean your bathroom, mix 1/2 cup of baking soda with 2 tbsp of any liquid soap and 1 tbsp of white vinegar. Apply this paste to the bathroom surface wait for a  few minutes, then remove it with a brush .
