Remedy 1
If you have a sore throat, try cinnamon tea. Add 1 tsp of cinnamon power in a cup of boiling water. Simmer for 5 minutes, and let it cool for a few minutes. Add 1 tsp of honey and drink it 2 times a day. Cinnamon reduces inflammation and eases the pain caused by a sore throat.
Remedy 2
Honey lemon tea is a great remedy if you have a cold. Juice of 1 lemon, 2 tbsp of honey and a cup of hot water. Mix the ingredients together and drink it 2-3 times a day. Lemon provides you with vitamin C and reduces mucus production, while honey relieves coughs and is full of antibacterial properties.
Remedy 3
If you suffer from insomnia go for chamomile tea. Add 2 tsp of dried leaves in a cup of hot water. Steep for 3-10 minutes, and drink it 30-60 minutes before going bed. Chamomile contains apigemin it is an antioxidant that helps you fall asleep.
Remedy 4
To get rid of a sinus infection, make turmeric ginger tea. Take 1 cup hot water, ginger, 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. Mix all the ingredients well, cover the cup with a lid, and let it infuse for 5 minutes. Turmeric has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, while ginger soothes the respiratory tract.

Peppermint tea is effective for bloating. Take 1 tsp of dried leaves per a cup of hot water. Steep for at least 4 minutes and drink 1-2 cups a day. Peppermint has antispasmodic properties and helps relieve bloating and stomach gas production.

If you have aches, try drinking at least 1 cup of green tea a day. Antioxidants in it reduce inflammation and lower insulin levels. You can use green tea topically as well.

Holy basil tea can help with anxiety. 2-3 tsp of holy basil per a cup of boiling water. Steep for 5-6 minutes. Due to its antidepressant and anti anxiety properties, the herb acts similar to antidepressant drugs

In the case of hypertension, drink hibiscus tea. Take 1 tsp dried leaves per a cup of boiling water. Steep for 5-7 minutes 3 cups a day is enough. Hibiscus lowers both systolic and diastolic blood pressures.
