Blink The Eyes
Blink regularly. Blinking also protects the eye from irritants.

Focus The Objects
After every 15 or 30 minutes of work, sight at a further object and blink many times. This will help in better focusing.

Exercise For Your Eyes
Give exercise for your eyes at common intervals. Eye exercise is easy. Blink your eyes for several times, then close your eyes and roll them in clockwise and anti clockwise order.
