20 APPLES MAY LEAD TO DEATH
According to the studies 1-2mg/kg is a dose of cyanide that may make harm to a human with 70kgs weight, which means when we chew and eat 200 apple seeds ,or eating 20 apples with its core can produce this much amount of cyanide that can harm our body.
According to the Agency For Toxic Substances And Diseases Registry warns that even small amount of cyanide cyanide can be deadly dangerous which can harm our heart, brain and even lead to death or coma. And the suggest us to avoid the intake of seeds such as apple seed , apricot seed and cherry seed etc, why because the nature wants those seeds on earth on in your stomach.
