Take one arm full of fenugreek seeds soak it in water for a whole night. Early morning, strain and drink water regularly.

Put crushed almond in milk. Boil the milk and drink it.

Eat oats cooked in milk.

Take two glasses of touch-me-not stem herbal juice. Mix winter cherry(ashwagandha) in it and drink it.

Make paste out of common wire weed(Pacha Kurumthotti). Take the water out of paste. cook rice in this water then add milk and drink it.

Have dinner using rock salt and ghee. This is good for children.

Crush dwarf morning – glory(Vishnukranthi) boil it with milk and have it. Good for children.

Mix shatavari jam/gulam in herbal juice in ghee.
