The East-West direction with the feet facing the West is the best direction to sleep in.
More light, sounds are not allowed in the bed room.
Avoid day sleep.

Use your bed for sleep only. Don’t allow televisions, food and reading inside your bed room.
Make comfortable atmosphere in your bed room.
