Indigestion is nowadays common among the people.So just have a look over the foods we eat daily.Most of the problems cause through incompatible combination of food.Our nature give some brief signals about the food we should eat .Nutritionist are advising how important is combinations of food are to get the best out of what you’re eating. Foods are the natural blessing and if we take in the correct proportion they will become best friends of our health.Wrong food combinations may lead to disorders like .
- Vomiting
- Loose motion or diarrhea
- Indigestion of some foods which may be found in stools.
Acid and other waste products of protein indigestion and putrefaction are easily identified in the urine. They lead to the group of phenyls, skatoles, indoxyl-sulphuric acids, uric acid and toxic amines. they are eliminated through the mucous membranes or by diffusion into the spinal fluid.

- Water with and after Meal.
You should avoid drinking water with the meal or after the meal.This cause bloating and gases to be formed.Water dilute the stomach juices that helps to digest the food that been eaten.Consume the water before 10 mn you meals and after half an hour of meals.
- Meat and Cheese
Both are rich in proteins. If.If you consume both of them it will increase the amount of protein load on the liver. Difference in structure of protein will make difficult to digest when eaten together.Different enzymes are needed to break the food.So it not advisable to eat meat and cheese.
- Fatty foods with proteins
Eating butter, oil with eggs, cheese, meat ,eating fats with white bread must be avoided.For the digestion of these food it require bile juice which is secreted from the liver and gall bladder.If you eat these type of food it will block the secretion of bile juice causing indigestion of fats.Milk digest in duodenum hence in the presence of milk, stomach doesn’t respond with its secretion. Milk should be drink separately it could not combined with another food
- Tea and Coffee after meals
Drinking of tea and coffee should be avoided because prevent the proper absorption of your foods by disrupting the acidic medium of the stomach .It will restrict the proper gastric secretions .Thus the normal digestion will hindered.It will decline the many nutrients present in the food.
- Acidic food and carbohydrates
Avoid lemon,tomatoes with starchy food which are alkaline. Acidic and Alkaline foods may cause severe problems in the digestive system.all must avoid having tomatoes with carbs and proteins with starches .This food will ferment in the stomach for several days and form sludge that is difficult to digest.
- Fruits after Meals
We should avoid eating fruits just after the meals.If we have the fruits after the meal it allow the foods to be decompose in the stomach.It will lead to gas troubles and indigestion.So fruits must be taken after an hour of the meal.Fruits contain simple sugar that doesn’t need digestion but the other food must need digestion.So the sugar remains in the stomach waiting for other food to digest while it ferments.
- Meat with starchy Food
We must avoid taking of meat and starchy food together because digestive system is unable to take acidic enough or alkaline enough to properly digest the both of them .The digestive system cannot absorb non of them ,the starch or protein. Thus you could not get the necessary nutrients from them.
