- Vicks Vaporub
We use Vicks to get relief from cold, cough and congestion, they are surely effective but there are certain precautions to be taken before using it. Certain messages says that as it is toxic and its use leads to deadly diseases like Asthma and TB. Mainly it is not to be used on children especially below 2 years old. It causes breathing problems. It should not to be taken inside because it’s an oil based product that gets directly into the lungs, if it not used properly. It should be only used in the outer of the body parts, some times it causes severe skin allergic problems.
- Honey
Food safety investigators barred Asian honey because of the presence of high level of antibiotics and Lead due to the making from artificial sweeteners. Dabur, Khadi Gramodyog, Himalaya, Baidyanath and Patanjali Ayurveda contains antibiotics. Samples of honey were taken from Delhi and tested whether there is presence of antibiotics. Scientist found out presence of 6 antibiotics in such sample, by using such honey, it could damaged kidney, blood, teeth and bones. Certain antibiotics cause damage to genes, organs and lead to cancer. Indian honey has been banned several times in UK and US.
- Life Buoy Soap
This soap is banned all over the world because it contain certain Unhygienic elements which is not healthier for our skin. Body becomes drier and rough after its use. Regular use can lead to severe skin problems.
- Red Bull
We all are familiar about this energy drink, it is banned everywhere for people under 18, because it causes several physical problems. Its excessive consumption leads to cardiac and psychiatric problems. Combination of caffeine and alcohol increases the risk of dehydration and heart rate.
- Disprin
Nimulid and Disprin are pain relief tablets, which most of them take during headaches and fever. It causes harmful effects on the liver and other parts of the body because of these reason it is banned in USA, Australia, Britain, Canada. Regular use may lead to paralysis, stomach ulcers, heart burn, nausea, intestinal bleeding. If you are prescribed to take this tablet, you can have 150 mg of tablet.
- D-Cold cough syrup
While having this medicine please remember that this causes several side effects more than its benefits. You can take one tablet a day. and with it steaming will be more comfortable. Stomach becomes upset, has several sleeping problems, heart beat increases. If the patient is suffering from cardiac problems, Blood Pressure, Mental disorders or Glaucoma then they should consult the doctor before using it.
- Pesticides
There are 67 pesticides banned in abroad but still allowed to be used in the crops of India. WHO has asked India to ban those pesticides that causes severe problems to children. Calcium Cyanide, Nicotine sulfate, Captafol have been banned but is still it is been manufactured and exported.
- Unpasteurized milk
Pasteurization is done to control highly contagious bacterial diseases. Unpasteurized milk is only used and sold for bathing and for manufacture of cosmetic items. If you purchase milk from milk man or a dairy farm please boil it before using consuming. Certain cool bars use unboiled milk for manufacture of faloodas and milkshakes. It causes diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal pain, fever and body pain. Products of Unpasteurized milk such as Pudding, Cheese, Cream and Yogurt are also unsafe to eat.
- Jelly Sweets
Jelly sweets are most popular among children and are much crazy about it. Increased consumption of jelly candy can make your child to get addicted to it and cause severe health problems. Artificial food dyes can cause cancer and chocking( condition that is caused by blocking of airways to the lungs). Children die by this respiratory disorders. If eaten in excess it causes intestinal distress.
- Kinder Joy
All the children love to have Kinder joy. Now make your children to stop consuming these type of wax coated chocolates. Really, this chocolate is coated with wax that cause cancer and when wax enters into our body it takes two to three days to get away from our intestine. Most of the company uses these type of wax to get shiny look that remains solid in room temperature. The most important thing to notice is that the ingredients in the product label are not listing these types of paraffin wax.
- Tata Nano
Tata nano car failed independent crash test conducted by global NCAP. It failed because of lack of adequate safety standards. Most of the people dislike this car because of engine catching fire, small tyre, not comfortable in driving hilly areas, Poor traction control. Globally it is banned because it has no air bag, there is no special seat for children, they posses zero rating for child and adult protection and they failed to meet UN safety requirements also. Structural integrity is poor and the absence of air bag lead the consumers to a risk condition.
- Maruti Suzuki Alto 800
Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 also failed the test conducted by NCAP. They have high risk of life threatening injuries of road accident and have failed during the 64 km/hr frontal collision test. Unstable structural integrity, child safety, lack of minimum safety requirements in 56 km/hr crash test, absence of air bags are the reasons of failure.
