Zaiqa ,the 24/7 restaurant by two brothers Shadab Ahmed Khan and Nishad Ahmed Khan 
from New Delhi.16 km from Doha ,an industrial area of small workshops,factories .In a dusty corner migrant laborers read”If you are hungry and have no money, eat for free!!!”.Opened nine months ago.Area which provide
labors and materials for country’s massive and for relentless expansion. Zaiqa serves Indian dishes and the most of the customers are Nepalis,Bangladeshis,Indians who earn less than thousand Qatari riyals and in some cases not at all.The brothers came into this idea because they thought there is need of free food .Those who know about this firm praised for this initiative. The brothers are saying that they have started not for publicity but for helping those who cant afford to buy a meal.So they decided to give free food for poor people

The 16 seat restaurant sandwiched between another restaurant and workshop. On brightly colored table cloths Indian dishes are served 24 hours a day.Those who choose to pay also have some discount .They serve all type of veg Indian dishes and some times Hyderabad Dum biriyani . Those pay money who earn below 1000 riyals have intended to send the money back home. They have decided to set up a refrigerator outside the restaurant .It will facing the road .That wont have a lock and it contain packets of food so that the people who want to take it can open the refrigerator and can take the food without coming inside.Not all of them accept to this type of help, some have self respect so they doesn’t seek help.Maximum of only two or three people get in for free meal per day.Hats off to these type of owners who have thoughts to help poor. Brothers are planning to reopen there restaurant somewhere else.
