Knowledge/Skills: Extensive knowledge in Web programming
Proficiency in Net framework technologies such as C#, VB Net, SOAP, ASP.NETMVC4, ADO.NET, MS-SQL Server, etc.

Language: Good communication skills

Candidate should have Experience in HIS (Hospital Information System) development.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

I. Coordinates with the System Analyst on the requirement specification of systems/application to be designed and developed.

II. Conducts system investigation by coordinating with users to identify the specific requirements of the systems/applications to be written.

III. Works with the System Analyst on the design phase of the system/application and I preparing the standards to be used for its system components.

IV. Develops production codes for the program using appropriate programming languages and tools

V. Assists the QA analyst in outlining the test cases and in preparing the test codes and procedure to be used for system testing.

VI. Outlines the proposed contents of the technical and user documentation for the program.

VII. Assists the Technical Writer in preparing the final draft of the technical documentation and in writing the users references.

VIII. Evaluates new software, programming tools, utilities, literature and other relevant materials for possible use in software development

IX. Proposes alternative schemes or solutions, methods, and procedures to enhance the process of software development and to enrich the technical expertise of the Development Group.
