Echinacea

It helps your body to fight with bacterial and viral infections. It can also be used to treat wounds, insect bites, burns and even snakebites. Take 1 tbsp dried Echinacea flowers and 1 cup of water. This drink used in case of cold or flu, consume the infusion.

Chamomile

It relieves colicky pain or stomach upsets, as well as mouth ulcers. It can also be used to treat eczema. Mix 1 tsp dried chamomile flowers in 1 cup of water and use it. Drink chamomile tea when feeling anxious or unsettled or when having trouble falling asleep.

Sage

It prevents flatulence, relieves respiratory problems, also reduces excessive sweating and salivation.  It is neuroprotective, it can be used to treat alzheimer’s dementia and depression. Mix 1 tsp dried sage in 1 cup of water and use it. Drink the tea to treat dysmenorrhea and symptoms of PMS and menopause.

Rosemary

It prevents brain damage and neurodegeneration of the hippocampus. It enhances memory, improves cognitive function and reduces brain aging. Mix 1 tsp dried rosemary in 1 cup of water and use it. Drink rosemary tea regularly to get the benefits.
